Until we get our sub forum lets start this so we don’t lose steam!
You can either reply daily or come back and edit one post. Up to you

Everyone should feel welcome no matter how much or little you are able to do.
Some ideas:
Took a walk today
Drank 8 cups of water
Added more fruits and veggies
Did yoga
Took my vitamins/supplements
Followed my diet
Did 30 min cardio
Meditated
Took some stress relieving “me” time
Didn’t have any caffeine
Got 8 hours sleep

I figure everyone will have different goals. But doing one thing a day is a great start! And keeping it up is even better!

Well so far this week I have walked at least 30min a day (closer to like 90min a day) taken my prenatal vitamin, drank at least 8 cups of water, limited my caffeine intake this week to just some green tea, and took some me time on Wednesday to let go of my stress.

I really need to eat more sensibly, incorporate more fruit and veggies, and get better/more sleep.

haha. so far today and yesterday I have done way less than Lucy... does that count as accountability? lol

Let's see... Yesterday. Well I spent half the day on state reporting for the school. Seriously thought about jumping off the roof bcs of said reporting. I ate pretty good I guess, bcs I didn't really have time for a break bcs of the reporting. Notice a theme to my day? lol I hate this time of year at school!
I'm sure my heart was racing during the hockey game though! Go Bruins!

I've taken my vitamins every day. Walked a bit today. I'm going to consider hockey games me and hubby time, because we love watching together I started a blog, I had been using a ttc journal, but it was getting too long to keep using it! So I'm calling that destressing, it's therapeutic, like writing in your diary used to be.
We need to eat out less. It's not good for us, but after hard days it's so tempting...

Today was the most stressful ever. We had a drug sweep with dogs at school. And the network was down for the other half of the day. I had sugary root beer and m&m's and now I'm going to go home and have at least one fuzzy navel. I'm going to call this me time and stress relief instead of calling it eating horribly.

I've either run two miles or walked 1.5 miles every day this week except for last night.
I've had a really crappy week and yesterday was horrendous so I have been eating like a starved cow.
