About to head to the doctor for my 3rd Beta - Praying it's atleast 320 - Would be doubled from Wednesday

1st Beta 33
2nd Beta 160
3rd Beta 507

*****UPDATE

So my level went from 160 to 507 which is really good! I'm excited about that but when I talked to the nurse (a different one...Not the same ole meany). She said the same thing....I should still just be cautiously optimistic. What the F???? why???? The numbers are doubling.....I'm so confused

Yay!! So happy your numbers more than doubled!!

Maybe they just want to prepare you for what could happen. I don't know if it's better for them to say things or if they should just not say anything so the person doesn't stress the whole time. I had 3 betas drawn last pregnancy all which more than doubled each time but I still lost that pregnancy (first beta was around 30). And I don't want to scare you because I think maybe melissa? Had her numbers not double or rise slowly and everything was fine! You just never know. I'm praying that everything turns out perfectly for you!

Do you have an ultrasound appointment or anything?

It's a liability thing basically they're doing a big job of covering their ***** in case anything goes wrong. You can't turn around and say "But Nurse Jones said it was perfect"

I'm so very happy for you that your numbers rose so well!!!

I agree with Whiskey. They are just distancing themselves now and getting less attached on purpose. Just ignore them.... Congrats on the numbers.
