I came home from work and POAS OPK again. Well while in my drawer I found one old cheap hpt. I didn't even know I had it. It is even expired by 4 months - I know you girls have never seen an expired hpt before. hahaha! I POAS and it was BFN right away, which I expected so I wasn't in to much shock because I am still pretty early specially for IVF.
DH is also out of town so I thought I would sneaky sneaky ..... I know it's wrong. Don't judge me or my weak hpt. lol

When I came to bed hours later I saw this:

I see a little something do you guys? I can't believe I just typed that!!!! It's to early, it's expired AND it's hours past the time I should even be looking at it.

**Update*** I posted it at the bottom...

Oh definitely there's a line!! Yes it's early and yes that's over the limit... however... I've never had a line on those unless there was something there, but that is simply *my* experience.

I think Gretchen needs much and with this experience. I'm quite certain she broke out into a cold sweat and quite possibly hives when she touched the HPT.

I see it and more importantly it looks pink! An evap or indent wouldn't have color or really be that dark in my opinion. SO hoping this is the start of it!! Go get another test ASAP!

You guys are hilarious! Once Queen Melissa sees this ---- Oh my!

I don't really see it on this picture and I didn't see it on the test this morning either - it's gone. I tried to brush off the screen and the little paper thingy shredded - I suppose that is why it's expired.

I will get some more today as POAS is getting a little easier now and isn't so scary. Praying it gets darker so you guys can really see it.

So I need to make sure I buy the pink kind right?

Are you doing another one??

In my experience, I've never had a test turn positive even days after sitting out. The ones that turned positive after the time limit (yes, even expired ones) ended up eventually being real positives.

As soon as I saw those words, I knew what happened

GRETCHEN PEED!!!!!!!!

I'm so proud of you, Gretchen I really, truly didn't think you'd cave. And an expired test? After the time limit? Welcome to the dark side

Moving on...OMG I totally see a line! I think you need to get some FRERs, stat. Definitely stay away from anything with blue dye. And of course get your bruised behind back over here asap with pics.

This is so exciting

I can't believe you are going to make me say this. Yes, I am going to take another one, and another and another until I know the answer.

I will go out for my lunch hour and buy sticks ...My DH comes home late tonight so I have to get lots of sticks in before he gets home. This is all the meds talking just so you guys know. I am not in my right frame of mind.
