So I saw the doctor at 2 yesterday and based on his ultrasound and my symptoms he decided we needed to do the surgery. I was brought to the OR at a local hospital and the doctor arrived and explained the process to me. He said that he was going to do a laproscopic surgery and remove the pregnancy from my tube. He also said there was a 1% chance that the pregnancy was right at the opening of my uterus in the tube and in that event he would need to open me up completely like a c=section and remove the tube that way well guess what = Shocker - I was in that one percent chance. I'm laying in bed at the hospital in so much pain just like when I had my c section and instead of being off work 1-2 days I'm out for 4 weeks.. I haven't really got to read the posts and catch up with everyone but am hoping to get caught up today. Hope you are all doing well.

I'm just so sorry honey. I wish I could find words to tell you. I'm glad they are taking care of you, and that you will have time off to heal. Please take care of yourself, and let us know you are ok.

Melissa, I just wanted to offer my thoughts and prayers to you. I'm so sorry you've had to experince this.

I cannot understand why these things happen...it seems so unfair.

Hoping you heal quickly. Lots of hugs!
