I will be getting my progesterone levels checked on Wednesday (Aug. 2) and I was wondering if it makes a difference what time of day you get them checked? Are they higher in the morning/evening? Do they stay the same all day? I'm just wondering if I should go get them checked before or after work...
Also, does exercising effect the test? Should I not work out that day?
I think that they are the same all day. Someone will correct me if I am wrong but that is the information that I got. As long as it is test between 7-9 days past ovulation you are good. I think that you will be fine to work out. Good Luck!!!
