I am sure this has been asked so I apologize in advance...

What vitamins are you taking? I have been reading about Coq10 but I don't know what else to take or how much.

What diet are you following? Has anyone had any improvements with following a Paleo or gluten free lifestyle change?

Thanks so much!

We have a grad who did all kinds of treatments that failed, but she got pregnant twice naturally while doing the Whole30 (strict Paleo). I'll see if I can find her post about it.

ETA: Here is her post about it: http://www.justmommies.com/forums/f7...n-and-fsh.html (Estrogen and FSH)

I cannot vouch for how it affects fertility, but it has made a huge difference for DH and I in our energy level and how we feel. I can honestly say I don't even miss pasta.

I agree with Melissa! I have felt better since starting all my supplements!
When I thought my FSH was higher I started a bunch of things and have been on them for a few months.

DH is on:

• Vitamin E (400-800 i.u. per day)
• Zinc (15-60 mg/day)
• B-12 (10-100 mcg/day
• Selenium (100-200 mcg/day)
• Co-enzyme-Q10 (30-100 mg/day)

• L-Arginine (2-4 g)
• Baby Asprin (80mg)
