We found out we're having a beautiful baby boy. And that i have appendicitis. They are doing surgery today and hoping for the best. Scared to death.
They said that labor and preterm delivery is a much lower risk to the baby than keeping the appendix in there.
Totally not fair. So scared right now.

We had to consider this when our birth mom was pregnant and they all said that it should go fine. This is oddly something I've had to research about pregnancy!

Update:
Well i can't say i feel fantastic right now, but it was very good they did the surgery right away. It was acute appendicitis and worse than they thought. He said if i hadn't had the surgery soon, i definitely would have lost the baby and i would be in some pretty bad shape. Baby is doing good, and I'm grateful every time i hear his little heartbeat.

Thank you for your support and love everyone! Hoping to be able to go home later today!

Home now. With two weeks of bedrest that I'm not thrilled about. But I'd stay put in bed the next 20 weeks if it meant a healthy baby.

Thanks again for all the love.
