True or not, I sent this article to my hubs and his first reaction was "What am I cutting out of my diet now!?!", haha. We have been talking and trying to implement so much the last few months to have better diets in our lives, and this article killed a few of his faves for his "I'm eating this because I want it even if it isn't the healthiest" parts of meals. Plus the end of the article recommending more exercises for him made him bummed too. Poor guy, he is trying so hard as it is with all the changes! But he said he would try to hold off on bacon and such, he is a trooper! <3

interesting...

We already avoid many cured meats, DH is sensitive to some of the preservatives.

So if my DH eats a lot of bacon but also exercises a lot, does it even out?
