OK so I woke up before my usual time (an hour before, of course ) and needed to use the bathroom. So I tempted. I woke up freezing - my blanket wasn't on me. My temp was low (97.9). I figured "guess AF is coming...". but I was really quite chilly.

Went back to sleep for about 3 hours (with my covers on! haha) and temped when I woke up and it was closer to what it has been lately (98.3).

Not sure what temp to write down... or if maybe I should just write the average. ANy thoughts? In the grand scheme of things, it really doesn't matter, but just curious on what you ladies think.

Just my 2 cents, I haven't temped in over a year...

I've never used FF, my program would automatically say "you woke early, would you like me to use math to figure what your temperature should be in an hour?" It's been a while, but if you woke 1 hour late, I think the tcoyf formula would put the temp up .3 degrees to 98.2.
