I love fertility friend. I have been using it since 2008 (not consistently). I have gone back over my charts multiple times recently. I see that I have almost always Oed on cd19 whether FF was sure of it or not, looking back it seems like a pretty good pattern. So I was recently thinking "my timing is off, I keep planning to BD around cd14 and that's my problem" and this most recent pregnancy was conceived after BDing on CD18 with a CD19 O. So I'm sitting here thinking "yeah, that's the ticket! BD on cd18!". so I just went back through my FF charts and you know what? I often BD on cd18. so no, that's not the ticket. you win some, you lose some, and I lose far more often then win. DH has super sperm - his count is 80million! and 80%motility or whatever. My tubes are clear. I O regularly. my blood results are great. I'm 33 (but was in my 20's when started TTC). I don't smoke, I don't do drugs, I haven't been on BC in 6.5 years, I rarely drink, I am not a heavy coffee drinker, I eat mostly foods from scratch rather than processed, I eat gluten free now, I'm not slim but I'm not obese seriously why don't I get pregnant every cycle!?? (I'm 145lbs but I was 165lbs in September last year)
I do think I don't BD often enough, my drive kind of sucks and DH's drive seems to be diminishing. but from my charts I can see we do BD around CD19 often enough (if you are looking at my charts, I obviously haven't been diligent with marking BD but try to remember to mark it when it's mid-cycle).
here's one thing of note - all three pregnancies were conceived during rather poor BDing sessions. LOL so the secret might be those "let's get this overwith" moments rather than the passionate ones. LOL. that's promising, right! LOLam I ranting? maybe.

I definitely look back at the almost 7 years of charts I have on FF, especially when I have a *** cycle like this one currently is.

It's hard to know what makes a cycle work. I still have no answers to that after all this time and as many losses as I have had in the last 3 years, I can't tell you one consistent thing between all of them other than I got a BFP lol.
