Hey girls,

Looks like I might be joining you girls here.
It appears I'm only ovulating out of one ovary properly and they dont know why yet..
So got to have an u-sound done and DH's sperm and then off to the fertility specialist to see what he recommends. One ovarys progesterone was like 36.9 and then the other one was like 3.2.
So I'm really hoping its nothing major and something that can at least be fixed, or maybe with the help of Clomid.

How do they know that an Ovary is defunct? You only ovulate out of 1 ovary each month....I didn't know they could do progesterone levels on an ovary either - amazing what you learn from others isn't it! But the good news is you still have a working ovary!! You only need 1!

Well you ovulate out of each side every alternate month. So I had progestrone done and that was high, then the next month progesterone (which would have been the other ovary) and showed a very low level indeed that indicated that ovary hadnt ovulated.

Well yeah atm I know 1 is definately working and the other we'll see whats going on and maybe they can fix it, but wont know for a little while.
