The doctor called yesterday with the results of my bloodwork, it was negative, so no baby for us. Then af showed her ugly face today. I called the office to get a pres for clomid to start round 2. But, when the nurse called back, she scheduled me an appointment to go in tomorrow for another ultrasound. She said the doctor wants to see if the cyst got bigger. I didn't even know that they had found a cyst. So, i'm not really sure what they are looking for with this ultrasound. I'm not sure how much more I can take. Evey cycle that I get a BFN gets harder.

Sorry to hear about your BFN

If they found a cyst they are supposed to let you go a cycle w/out clomid so that it will go away...im surprised they didnt tell you about it when they first found it!

I totally relate to it getting harder and harder to keep trying. It takes over you life. Dh and I have been trying for 3 yrs this coming May...never thought it was going to take that long.

I just keep telling myself that eventually after all this stuff we have to go through it will be worth it to have that BFP and a sticky bean.

Keep your chin up and know that we are all here for you, and we understand what you are going through!

Good Luck!

That's why i'm a little confused, no one told me there was a cyst. The only other time i've heard anything was during my nov 30th ultrasound, the tech said they were looking for cyst's, but the doctor was really looking for follicles. I know in the paperwork, is says they are looking for cyst's so that the insurance will cover it, my insurance doesn't cover infertility. That's why i'm kind of wondering if they are really looking at the follicles at this time of the month. I guess i'll find out tomorrow.

Everything is cleared up now. She said that they were only looking to make sure that the follicles that were there last month are o longer there that way we are starting with fresh eggs this month. I also got a script for 100 mg of clomid. We're paraying for better luck this round.
