I got the first + last tuesday, and since I have to do the progesterone test a week after I just kept testing to be sure. I have to go for the b/w tomorrow. When I called the RE's office the nurse said it could be a possible sign of pcos. I did have a cyst burst last month and one in aug 2006, but gyno said it was normal. After that is when she referred me to the RE. Up until nov. I had irregular periods but after I lost about 40 lbs or so it went back to a reg. 32 day cycle. DH and I were supposed to do our first diui in march but I don't know now (dh has low count and bad morph). any advice is greatly apperciated!! Thanks ladies!

Hi

I don't want to get your hopes up, but a + OPK continuous like that could also mean you are pg!!

I tested +OPK before I got my +HTP. (i do have PCOS and was on clomid at the time).

Its true that OPKs are not great if you have PCOS, so of course its worth getting things checked out.
