So I'm triggering tonight and my IUI will be at 8:30 tomorrow morning!! I'm trying so hard not to get really excited since it makes those BFNs even worse... I'm trying to think about this as a several month process... in that it will likely take a few IUIs to get a BFP if it's going to work. But I AM excited about this fresh start... I think I was just way too down on IVF and it's nice to try something new. My mom is going to come with me, and then I'm heading off to acupuncture afterwards. And apparently I'll go in for my beta 2 weeks from TODAY, which will only be 13 dpo (assuming I ovulate tomorrow after triggering tonight). I would have thought the beta would be 2 weeks after ovulation, but no, they said 2 weeks after trigger. And my goal for this cycle is to not give in to the evil POAS. So ladies... if I ask you in a week and a half if I should POAS, say NO!!!!

Eva

Eva, oh honey I wish you only success this cycle. I stoped and said a special prayer just for you right now. I will help you not give into poas during the 2ww! Good luck!

OK... so the deed has been done. The IUI itself was fine... painless, quick, not so bad. I was shocked how tiny the vial of sperm was considering the ENORMOUS tank it was sent it. But I guess it had 45 million sperm and 50% motility, so that's good I think. The sperm bank guarantees >10million, so I guess it's good. Now I just get to play the waiting game for the next 2 weeks. I'm not good at waiting. Anyone else currently in a 2ww???
