My new doctor said no more than 100mg of B6 per day. If it's going to work then it will at that dose. He also said it won't work properly unless combined with a multi-B supplement. I was already doing the multi-B so I stopped the extra B6 I was supplementing with.

Just get a B supplement that has all the B's in it - often they say stress-tabs or something similar. B1, B2, B6, B12, panathonic (sp?), folic acid and biotin. I think that's everything in mine (the label is worn).
