I had my annual gyn appt yesterday and explained to the doctor about the pain Ive been having, the mid-cycle bleeding and the inability to get pregnant. At my last exam in August all my bloodwork came back normal so according to that everything is fine. However I explained to her that I am getting postive opk's but doent always notice cm. She is not sure if I am ovulating or not.
She wanted to do an xray where they insert a dye to see if the tube is blocked because that is what she thinks (hyster-smoething) but she needs to see my cycle pasttern for 3 months first.
so she suggested that I start temping for 3 cycles and keep the records. I have an appt in August again with her and she will review the charts then.
Anyone have any advice for me.
CD12 here but Im probably out for this month
Just wanted to say hello (I'm new here, too!) and best wishes!! I had ttc my first child for 15 months... all my bloodwork, etc, was normal, so we moved on to the hysterosalpinogram (the dye test you talked about)... everything was fine there, but lo and behold, I think the test did a little "spring cleaning" in my tubes, as I conceived my DD the next week!! So hopefully you'll have the same experience!!
