IT is when you have had your tubes tied/cut/burnt etc. You go in and have the doctor attempt to undo whatever was done before. The success rate for pregnancy after that is pretty slim as your tubes have suffered a ton after being "fixed" and then "un-fixed" kwim.

If you have microsurgery and a good doctor your chances are FAR from slim, they are actually pretty high, if no other fertility issues come to play.
