hi all, i'm new here, but thought i'd post. my dh and i have been ttc #1 for 1 year and 8 months. (i was previously married and tried for 2 yrs with that husband.) i thought this month we might have hit the jackpot, started clomid, had the HSG done and have been terribly nauseated since last thursday. on friday the nurse called and advised me my progesterone level was 46 (from the monday before) and she seemed convinced we were finally pregnant. but then, AF showed up today. i'm still incredibly nauseated, and so far the bleeding's been light but its there. and the cramping is terrible. i've had odd cramps for about the last 10 days.

at any rate, i'm glad i found this board, its been a rough time for me. everyone i know is always asking me when we're going to have kids and i feel like their pressure makes it worse. people don't seem to realize their insensitivity. anyway, now that AF has arrived i'm sitting here bawling my eyes out and figured the only people on the planet who could understand this are you guys, so here i am.

anyway, its nice to read about others in the same situation. a little background on me, we have a small farm, with chickens (hence the user name) and alpacas.

Hi and welcome! The girls on here are awsome and full of all kinds of usefully imformation. My name is Cori 21 and Dh is Van 22. We have a 3 year old son, Wyatt. It wasn't untill after I had them that I stoped Oing. I am on my second cycle of clomid this month.

I don't know too much about progesteron levels and all that so I'm not much help here but don't give up just yet. I know you can have a light period and still be prego so just hang in there!! This may be your month after all!

Thanks to all for the welcomes. I'm 32, my husband is 47, so we're more than ready. I have been off BCP since 2003, and though we weren't using any BC, we weren't really 'trying' until Nov 05.

At any rate, I don't know how best to cope with all this. I just want to curl up in a ball and cry for days. Not that that would do any good, but it sounds good sometimes.

Good luck to all of you also.

Hi! Welcome aboard! There is still the slightest chance that you may be pg. Implantation bleeding can be deceiving. If that isn't the case, then your high level of prog was probably the culprit w/ your nausea. This board is fantastic! You will get all the help that you need & find some wonderful new friends. Let us know if there is anything we can do for ya!

Thanks, I'm sure its AF. At any rate, I talked to the nurse yesterday she asked if we want to try IUI yet. What do you guys thing? My insurance will pay for it, so my thought is, while I have insurance paying, lets go for it. What do y'all think?
