At my RE's office they would time it to be right when you are ovulating. They were pefectly fine with the idea that you may have already ovulated as long as it was within a 4-6 hour time frame. I did my trigger on a Friday night at 9:00pm and then had my IUI on Sunday around 10:30. I got pg that cycle! So, best of luck! Don't sweat it.

yeah i think its not an exact science. they told me to do my trigger b/w 9 and 10pm on Friday and to be at my RE's office at 9am on Sunday. there was a big crowd, so i didn't get my IUI done until 9:30. but they say 24-36 hours later is O. at least with the dose of HCG they gave me. and of course they had us BD the day of the shot, just in case.

try not to worry, worry will make it worse.

I did the IUI the day after my + LH surge and apparently it was after ovulation as my temp went up already the morning of my IUI. I'm currently 13dpo so I'll see what happens... and then if AF comes try and time it better next time somehow?!
