Well, so far it seems the increased dose of Follistim isn't making as much of a change from last time I went through IVF. So far I have 4 in my right with a couple of small follies, and about 3 on my left with a couple of small follies. The numbers may and probably will change though. I'm going back on Friday for another u/s. I'm just waiting for results of my estrodial test to find out if I need to change any doses of something I'm taking.

All that matters is that I get healthy, usable eggs out of this cycle. I'm really hoping I can at least transfer 2 good embies. I'd like to have some frozen eggs too, but at this point, I'm just hoping to transfer 2. I'll find out Friday, and possibly Monday, what to expect and hope for.

My doctor just raised the amount to 376 units. I almost took my does before checking my messages. good thing I looked first! He wants me to do that for 2 days. I'll see him again on Friday so I'm sure they'll be taking another E2 test then.

Thank you everyone! I forgot to mention, my estrodiol (Estrogen) level is 104. I don't know what level I should be at, but apparently it should be higher since my doctor raised it due to that number.

twolf, my estadoil (or however you spell it) was 250 last tuesday, so they increased my Gonal-F and retested friday and it was 800 so they had me trigger that night. i too asked what it 'should' be and they wouldn't say. but i guess higher is better.
