cereal does your family consume for breakfast each week. If I could skip buying cereal my grocery bill ould be 20 bucks lighter I am sure

how about with you?

We go through about a loaf of bread every week or every other week. Depends on whether they are in the mood for sandwiches or bagels in their lunches. This week, it's sandwiches.

We go through a 20oz box of cereal every 3-4 days.

we go through at least 1-2 loaves of bread a day and for cereal my kids can kill probably 2 boxes of cereal a week. but that's because we often have breakfast for supper. The kids love that!

but yep your right if it weren't for cereal I'm sure our grocery bill would be substantially lighter as well.

We go through about a loaf of bread a day, a box of cereal will last 3-4 days, but we also go through a gallon of milk about every day and 1/2.

Luckily I am on WIC, so at the moment we get milk and cereal(with the occassional box of sugar cereal)for free.

We also go through lots of cereal. My kids eat cereal for breakfast, lunch or dinner, not on the same day of course ! I would definitely lighten my grocery bill if I didn't buy 3-4 boxes every week. I have started to buy the economy sizes! It helps.
