We use barrier methods and NFP for birth control. I have lots of reasons why we have made this choice. ALL of my children were planned and I have never gotten pg when I didn't want to. Sometimes it's a pain in the butt, but it's been working for us. I am wondering who else uses NFP for birth control?

I am incredibly interested in NFP. I first heard about it when my husband (then fiance) and I did Pre-Cana. But the counsellors were really...graphic... and we were kind of turned off by them. However in my effort to try and be truer to the rules of the Church, we've done away with artificial methods of B/C, but are really kind of playing russian roulette as opposed to an organized system like NFP. Where can I learn more? Where did you learn about it?

I don't need birthcontrol
If I don't want to be pregnant I just avoid sex on the days I know I am fertile
