I am doing up my baking now that everyone is in bed sleeping.
I have just done up two dozen golden yellow cupcakes, and started another two dozen cupcakes, but these ones are carrot; my kitchen smells awesome.

My cat puked last night so I am not wanting more pets right now.
Momtothe6th- hope things get better for you all
UM- hope you get some soon
Going to work on these darn reports tomorrow while the kids are at preschool. If I was on my game DH says it should be 9 hours of work. Since I haven't done this in 6 yrs I imagine it will take much longer. I freaking hate writing reports. DH better give me this money. I want to put it away for a family vacation. I haven't removed my old Disney ticker & it restarted. My hope is to go back again this year in October. If I can manage to do a few more of these survey/reports along with a garage sale & some ebay I can save up enough for a trip pretty easily. These people pay my DH way too much for these reports. Usually there is a middle man involved who takes a cut but my DH has a sweet deal minus the middle man. It almost seems insane how much they pay. I am going to stop talking now before I regret something.

Don't stop! You were just getting to the good part. Like how much they pay!
They look short haired to me. Mom's short and if I'm correct on who the father is he's short too. I curious what the two odd balls are going to look like when they get bigger and fill out some. I think the black one w/ white feet (aka Rue) is going to be adorable.
Kraze, are those cupcakes for you or do you plan to share? Sound yummy!
Where's Marie?

I just picture what Rue looks like. She sounds like a cutey.
....$70/hour. Insane huh?
I really just need to vent about how much I can't stand uptight crazy people. Everyone in class except my girls and one other girl are getting a doctor's excuse to have their 4 yr olds leave a dance recital early. The girls will be fine. I have bigger fish to fry than that. Get a life people!

Let's all say it together! Prepregnancy jeans! I admit they are still snug around the thighs and hips, but they are on and buttoned!

That's awesome, FW!! You and UM have been kicking butt with the weight loss goals!
$70/hr is one sweet deal!!
At least your school believes in a spring break. Ours doesn't.
Dh had some good news for me this morning. He has another interview with the company he is trying to get on with. In-person plus a weld test. If he gets it we will move 4 hrs away into Kansas. We need this!

Why do they need a doctors note for dance? I'm confused.
Congrats on the 2nd interview, it would be awesome for you to leave the state! Another congrats about the pre-preg pants! My pre-preg pants will never fit again (well once I grow out of them) I will make sure if it. They are so old and nasty. A few pairs of new jeans would be nice
It's typical WI weather here today like 50's. Going to grill steaks tonight though, and I got stuff to make snickerdoodle salad again. It's been my favorite lately along with crab salad.

Sorry I haven't been around much ladies. TTC stressing me out and I've been exercising a lot so I'm tired.
I didn't know you got a new van finally UM! Congrats!
FW, you are making me scared to have teenagers.
I want another cat now. We have three but my husband killed a big rattlesnake in our front yard last week so we are thinking we need more cats. :/

Cats aren't supposed to have jobs! Buy a pack of jack russels and just let them loose in your yard. The dogs can kill the snakes, and if one runs away, oh well lol.

Just catching up..
The pp bleeding has stopped here, but I haven't told dh...no drive whatsoever!
WTG FW, on the jeans, and hooray for the dd passing her test.
We are torn here about what to do about driving. DS #1 is going to be 16 in August and thankfully doesn't really want to drive, the insurance is awful...here they said it would triple for a teen boy! OY!!
mom6th, good luck on the job! That would be sooo great for you guys. As an aside, my bil and sil used to live in Bolivar...they loved it. I mention this cause it's SW MO and is the only MO place I know! HAHA
Sarah, sorry you are stressed. ((hugs)) I would be freaking out if there was a rattlesnake in my yard. That was one of my biggest fears in TX. One time we were driving down the road and there was a little rattler in the road, I made dh back up and run it over. It was in our neighborhood..no one needs a rattlesnake in their yard!!
My head hurts. Dh has started a low carb/low sugar diet and lost 5 lbs, so I'm trying it too. However, due to crabby baby, I'm also trying to eliminate dairy, eggs, nuts, caffeine, and chocolate to see if it helps. So IDK what I will be eating!!
oh funny sidenote, CNOTE, I've been so jealous of your ticker. Now I find out it's old!! LOL I keep telling dh that we need a disney trip this year, buuuut, dh may be separating from the military next year, and we may move, making this not the best time to take a disney trip! But I sure want to!

@bekki, where would you move to if he does separate?
@sarahlorraine - i am anxious to see if this is your month or not. shouldn't you be ready to test any day now?
FW: good work!! i just bought jeans two sizes smaller than my last pair. they are perfect EXCEPT the waist is SOOOO tight. i thought they would stretch after a while but i guess not.
carry: good for you for even trying to work after such a while. i am scared to death about finding a job and being able to take care of myself once the divorce is official.
m6: i so hope your DH gets the job and you are able to get away from your people. how things today?
still moody today. sorry gals~~ its just all catching up to me. i guess you can only smile so long when you don't really feel it.

The dance recital starts at 7pm and the kids aren't aloud to leave until it is over at 10pm. The moms think that is too late and too long so they are getting doctor excuses so they can get their girls right after they are done performing (aka before the show ends.) My self and one other mom are going to enjoy the whole show and get our girls at the end when we are supposed to.
DH said that we will go to Disney by the end of the year!!! I am thinking October so my old ticker will only be a few weeks off. Waiting to see if they extend the free dining option. I'd like to get in this one last visit before the littlest turns 3 so we don't have to pay for her and we can stay in a 5 person occupancy place with a pack n play one last time.

We already have two dogs and there is no way I want anymore. I hate cleaning up the poop. Cats are also good at killing snakes!
AF is due tomorrow. I'm already spotting and hpts are all bfn so I suppose this month is out.

Depends what kind of spotting it is. Some people spot around the time AF is due. Only you know your body of course. This baby took us almost a year, definitely our longest to ttc. Of course I came off of depo, I don't know what your circumstances are.
Kitties are just supposed to lay around and poop in a box not hunt snakes! lol j/k I know they are good hunters we have an indoor cat that can catch just about anything, and she's generally fat and lazy, so outdoor cats must be much better at it
The doctors note still doesn't make sense. It's not like you're getting a note because your kid doesn't have a chicken pox shot or something, it's a voluntary dance class. Just seems silly to me to bother a doctor when it's YOUR kid and your choice. Of course 10 isn't that late either, I'm sure you could give the kid a nap and enjoy the whole thing.

The people who live in my house are lucky they are getting fed and clothing washed right now. I am so tired my eyes are burning and I am sure I won't be able to get any sleep for at least another 5 hours. How am I supposed to do this and work the early morning shift??
Someday they will appreciate it all......right?????

I am pretty disappointed. I took #9 for a weigh in today. She is 2 weeks old today. But instead of being back to birth weight, 9/9, she is down from last weeks 8/14 to 8/5. I thought things were gong well. She seemed o e nursing well. Now I am disouraged.
