You can get the zippered vinyl mattress covers at walmart - makes the mattress look like a big bar of soap, and protects it.

I use mattress covers for the kids beds.

I'm so tired to playing referee. My kids rarely used to fight now they never stop! What I hate the most is that they do it extra loud so that they know you hear because somehow that's supposed to lead to other person getting in trouble. Sadly, I have illogical children....

It was a crib mattress, but he ripped all the plastic off of it, and some of the fluff off of it, then peed on it, so it's garbage.

I make it sound like he did it all in one day, like he's a vicious mattress monster. He had been picking at the plastic since I gave him that mattress, it's just that he picked enough off of it now that the fluff was showing and it wasn't protected anymore. It's my fault for not putting backwards pj's on every day during nap too I guess. He HAS to grow out of it eventually!

Jayde needed some pictures of her life for a timeline. Of course she didnt' tell me about this last night when it was homework time, she tells me right as they're leaving out the door so I told her we would have to get them tonight. Of course no I feel guilty about it. It's only Weds, so I'm sure they're not going to finish the project today though.

I was very tired yesterday. I actually fell asleep on the couch for about an hour and then we went to bed at 8:30 last night.

That is one thing I can not complain about. My kids are good sleepers, and none of them have been horrible at sleeping ever. I have been lucky so far, I betcha I'll be doomed one of these times!

I am happy to be home all day.

It's #2's birthday today, we had waffles and strawberries, whipped cream and chocolate chips for breakfast, it was a hit.

Too bad it's so gloomy outside I am SO ready for spring.

Happy 2nd b'day. The waffles sound great.

Home and "done" for the day. dh's brother is here, he is a 5 star chef and he is cooking dinner.
Not sure what he's making, some kind of beef. It smells incredible.
dc are occupied, I think I may go become a bump on the couch for a bit.

4 older kids have Awana tonight and I am going to see what photos I have and put them in the album. I took it down to look for some pics for Jayde's homework, and I haven't put pics in there since halloween 09. yikes!

Happy Birthday to #2!!!

Spring has sprung and it's time for my butt to get up and run again! Only now softball is cutting into my workout time. Waiting for dd to get done so I can go run with a friend.

My two older boys don't have a problem with it at all except RJ in the tub sometimes. I think he's trying to make it bigger lol. Bastian is too little yet I think.

I put some pics in the album last night, not too many though cuz I'm missing a year in there somehow. I bet there is some pictures on the cameras I have sitting here, then the others I'll have to get printed from my fb pics.

Boy will always love their hooha's. My 5 year old is gonna be Al Bundy one day if I can't get him to keep his hands out of his pants.

Happy Birthday to #2. I LOVE that age

Gone are our days of sunshine and 80's ;(

JEALOUS! Mine never sleep thru the night till 18 months and at the rate Levi is going his tail is going to be waking up more than the new baby in 3.5months Guess my kids are just crappy sleepers until they hit that 1.5 mark then they sleep thru the night and never really stir... I doubt I'll get lucky this time either.

On an unrelated note...had an ob appt yesterday suppose to be 24weeks but they were saying yesterday they think my previous OB messed up and that I may not be as far along..and want to make sure so U/S is going to be scheduled, they also want to see whats going on, verify that theres 1 and if theres extra fluid again b/c Im measuring 33.5 weeks...

I just pulled a tick off the 2yo. They are so icky. #4 is bragging that I am taking him on errands and out to lunch. I should make him stay home now.
