RIGHT NOW - would you be embarrassed or would it be okay? Would you keep them confined to one room?

It would be fine if it's someone I knew, but I would hate for this to be someone's first impression. But generally speaking it's always fairly tidy.

My house is pretty much upside down right now, I am on a major organizational/cleaning spree. So far I have 3 bedrooms done, and it should be done by the end of the week. But you all know how it goes, if you're spending a lot of time cleaning one place you don't get around to the other stuff the same day.

It would be fine as long as they didn't go upstairs into my children's room. We are in the process of remodeling the attic bedroom to move our girls up there to open up one of the second floor bedrooms so right now the bunk beds are disassembled and there are mattresses on the floor. Yes, if someone showed up RIGHT NOW and saw that I'd have a "lot a 'splainin" to do!

I would DIE!

I have been gone all day and haven't gotten around to cleaning. My feet are swollen (gotta love being pregnant) and I am exhausted so I am going to assign chores when the older kids get home.

Depends on who is at the door!

Most of the time, I really don't care. If they THINK my house is going to be spotless with 5 kiddos, they are at the wrong house!

Well, the bathroom is being redone so the house is absolutely terrible. Oh and the new fridge is dying so the kitchen smells like the dump.

However I do not pretend to be a neat freak so I don't think anyone would be too surprised.

I'd hate for people to think I was a slob but I am NOT a great housekeeper (cause of lots of arguments actually)....

Anyway...If they stay in the living room they'd be fine...the dining room is moderately ok and kitchen too...but my room and the kids' rooms are awful and the bathroom needs a good scrubbing. I hate hard water stains in toilets!

We aren't to give a baby milk, berries, or peanut butter. We are to introduce new foods one at a time. But it's OK to inject several viruses, bacteria, aluminum, formaldehyde, phenoxyethanol, animal serum, mercury, squalene and more into an 8 week old? I don't think so.
In order to be healthy it is an unfortunate fact that people must be allowed the opportunity to be ill. I trust my body and those of my children to work correctly against the relatively benign diseases they vax for, and do not trust the ingredients in the vaccinations.
Our choice to not vax isn't based in ignorance, poverty, conspiracy theory and rumor. It's research, common sense, fact and evidence based..something the medical community has largely forgot about.
