I love stuffed peppers! I don't eat the pepper, though. I just like the flavor it gives!

I am having "Chicken Divan". It is chicken, broccoli, rice, cheese, and a sauce made with cream of chicken soup, mayo, curry and lemon juice. I better go get the cooked chicken out of the freezer.

Leftovers. The kids have their choice of stroganoff, pizza, or lasagna. Mom gets a break from cooking.

Spaghetti. It's one of the things I make a bunch of ahead of time and freeze, for nights I don't feel like cooking for real.

Nachos - I try to let the kids each take a turn picking something for supper (within reason). The rule usually is that the cost has to be within reason, and it has to be something we make at home (so no fast food!).

last night was homemade gluten free pizzas. The pepperoni one was AMAZING and the pineapple one was dang tasty too! Tonight the kids had hotdogs, baked beans and carrots. I am eating left over black beans and rice

I may have to make Pizza again tomorrow (yes, it was THAT good!! ROFL)

MMMMM. You guys make some tasty dinners!! We should make the rounds to have each other over for dinner!! I need to have a what's for dinner post more often so that we can get some dinner ideas!!! (Or just me!)

BTW - the peppers were a hit!! Not so much the pepper, but they all ate the filling. I even made a black bean, cheese, rice only one for my vegetarian teenager!! She loved it!!

Tonight, I am trying Hebrew National hotdogs, just to see if they're all they're cracked up to be, and Bush's baked beans.

Gourmet cooking there huh?
