Okay frugal mommies, what are some good gift ideas for family that you have made in the past (or wanted to) that didn't cost much money???

We did this a few years ago....

We put salt in a ziploc baggie, and then dyed it with just regular food coloring, we did 6 different colors I think (the kids liked mixing to make purple) then we used baby food jars and would layer the colored salt in it, and put a votive candle on top. Super cheap and super cute, they look cool and they're SUPER affordable.

Very cute idea!!

This year we are making ornaments. The stuff used to be called magic bubble, but I can't find it anywhere anymore. I am improvising, and so far so good. They look like this:

I am using pictures of the kids inside glass ornaments. Time consuming, but very cute.
