I would get a boob job in a heartbeat!! Not to make them bigger or anything just to even them out and perk them back up

Me too! I'd like some kind of reduction and lift. I also would like laser eye surgery and my teeth bleached. I could probably get all those things eventually but I think I'd feel guilty spending the money.

I'd like a boob job and a tummy tuck. I have had 3 c/s and some pretty large babies so my skin is pretty flabby.

I got my boobs done. lol I signed up on this website where you can earn donations to go toward a boob job. Took me 3 months to raise the funds, it took 6 months from when I started until I was able to get the surgery. I LOVE IT. I wasn't really trying to go huge. I went from 36AA to 36C. I just wanted to be average, so my body would look balanced.
When I figured out when I really am done having kids (haha) I want to get a mini tummy tuck if I can figure out how to pay for it. I can lose most of the fat there, but my skin just isn't as tight as it used to be.
There are quite a few things I don't like about my appearance, but my boobs and my tummy are all I'm willing to surgically fix. I just want to fix the things that went wrong after being pregnant, not the things that I was born with. I think of it more as reconstructive than cosmetic. lol

Yep, I wanna look like the OctoMom and Angelina Jolie.....LMFBO!!!!!!

If money were no issue I'd hire a personal trainer and a dietician/chef and see what I look like after some really hard work. If I still looked like big ol dog duty sure I would fix a few things.

I would get a tummy tuck and boob lift too! After four pregnancies and losing 100 pounds...my tummy is really flabby. Blech. It's a lot of loose skin. Ewww. And I am now a 36 long. I would love to have my boobs back where they were meant to be. I probably would never have plastic surgery though. I am a chicken and my luck something major would go wrong.

A tummy tuck is first on the agenda (it's basically mandatory) and then maybe a boob lift (I'm not as concerned about the girls though).

Teeth whitening would be great too.

I like Urban Momma's plan of trainer and chef. After that, I wouldn't mind a tummy tuck if it were free and gauranteed no complications. Since that is not possible, count me out!

this isn't plastic surgery, but I did have my eyes lasered 5 years back and I have not regretted it for a second. It is a big chunk of money at once ($800 per eye) but I think it's pretty much paid for itself by now.

I would love to get veneers, my teeth are not aging well (and I'm not very old), and I would never actually get a tummy tuck I don't think, but I think about it, my stomach is really really flabby and still ugly even when I don't have any extra pounds on me. I would be worried about what kind of message getting a tummy tuck would be sending to my daughters though , I know my stomach isn't pretty, but does it have to be after 5 babies?

I avoid doctors in general so I'd also go the trainer/nutritionist approach. Maybe I'd just hire someone to guard the fridge...... But all else I'll skip.
