If you have a trailer, how do you pull it and take everyone? We have a Dodge Megacab, and if we put a front bench in it, it'll seat 6 (one carseat in the front, though). But we need something to pull our camping trailer and all 6 of us for long hauls. Anyone? For local camping, we'll just take the truck and van, but we're going across Canada this July for a reunion, we don't want to take the van all that way, esp if we're going down into the USA. We were told the Ford Econolines weren't meant for towing, and roll easily. Not fun with four kids. And I don't know if we want to find a used diesel Expedition, they're very costly since they don't make them anymore. Help!
LOL Well... we camp, but I'm afraid I won't be much help for what you're asking. We tent camp! Our three boys are all Cub Scouts, and hubby is quite the outdoors guy. I've learned and adapted and do enjoy it these days as well.
A camper/trailer would be The Ritz for us! Last summer our family vacation was camping at a state park, and we thought we were in heaven because we rented one of the cabins instead of using tents. Hope someone has the info you're looking for!
Much thanks to Alethia for my beautiful siggie and tags!!
