Unless we have some Aussie Mommies, I don't think anyone is. It is 38 here right now and sunny, which is better than all the waterlogging rain we have had. Our driveway, our road, and the road that goes from ours to the blacktop are all sludgy, soggy, messes. We got stuck 2 times on Saturday! It is supposed to be sunny and clear all week with a high of 60 on Saturday, which is great because I am having 8 little boys over for #4's birthday.
Not me....I'm sick of winter too. Today was like 35 and sunny though so we went out to the Aquarium and walked around. A lot of their exhibits are outside. Is it sad that I think this is nice weather? lol... There is still snow on the ground from yesterday too. DH has had a one hour delay for work both yesterday and today (plus off Monday for the holiday!) so I have enjoyed that.
Snow here. I actually love the snow, it's when it is cold with no snow, or that in between melty, sludgy stage that make me crazy. We were supposed to get 3-5" and got around 11 so we have a lot more snow than I was expecting.
But every year, I start to understand how snowbirds happen a little more. (Hmm.. does everyone call them snowbirds? I should explain. The people that live here, in New England all summer/spring and move to Florida for the fall/winter, well we call them snowbirds - just to clarify)
