Do you make your bed every morning?

Do the kids make their beds every morning?

I make mine but the kids do not. There really isn't anything to "make" on their beds - they all just sleep with a fitted sheet and a fleece blanket. If I want their rooms to look nice for some reason I fold the blankets to the bottom and arrange their stuffed animals up at the top.

I think this year for Christmas I will buy them all fluffy comforters and teach them how to pull those up in the mornings.

Yes, and yes. I make the little kids beds obviously, RJ TRIES, but doesn't do a very good job. I inspect them too. Basically that's the only chore they have (except taking out garbage) because I'm too picky lol.

My 4yo does 1-2 times a week
The rest, once in a while, when they want something.

For our room its if I feel like or if DH has gone and already made the bed. Our door is closed so I really don't care if its made or not.

The kids never make their bed unless I tell them to and stand there and watch them do it. (if i don't stand there it would never get done grrr)

I guess I could not come live with any of you, lol. I can't stand unmade beds! I am super lazy too and most messes don't bother me, but an unmade bed drives me nuts. I think that's why I have held off on getting the kids "big kid" set-ups...then I will just have to get over it I'm sure,.

I always make my bed (my room is upstairs, so I see it all the time if it's not done) and I will straighten my youngest girls bed (also upstairs), the rest make theirs on occasion.
