I have ideas, of what I am gonna cook but don't really know until right before I decide. I have to have dinner done by 2:50 every day so the husband can have dinner to take with him, but if I have a busy morning it is usually something super fast. I don't always know that my mornings are going to be busy till I wake though.
I have a yearly meal planner, I plan all my meals for the year every January 2nd. Then I go monthly grocery shopping where I get everything I'll need for the entire month so I won't have to run back and forth during the week to pick things up. Each Sunday I cook and freeze all meals for the week. Then each day I take something out and thaw it out in the am.
LMFBO............I wish I were that efficient. I am like the rest of you really, If I know what is for dinner the morning of I am lucky. LOL

I plan all of ours at least the night before. We have a dry erase board with whats for breakfast, snack, lunch, and dinner. It has been a mind saver for me. I usually think two or three days ahead to unthaw meat.
Jesus loving, homeschooling, gardening lover, devoted wife to a wonderful hubby and 10 kids, ages 13 down to 12.5 months . We are expecting number 11 due January 1st, 2015.
I have a 6 week meal plan. So each week before I go grocery shopping, I can check the meal plan to see what I'm scheduled to make during the week and buy the corresponding supplies. I check it each morning - in case I need to thaw something frozen from the freezer or fire up the Crockpot.
