I'm going to actively start PT'ing Elizabeth and Arthur tomorrow-she's 30 months and he's 16 months adjusted age-he's not walking yet, but so interested and sits on the potty with his diaper on to poo, so its time. It wouldn't surprise me if he PT's before her. Theodore on the otherhand, may never walk or pt. I bought those thick underwear for both of them tonight, hopefully they'll dry by tomorrow, and I'll just set three potties all over the main floor, plus kiddie toilet seats. Maybe I won't wear socks tomorrow, could be a wet-floor kinda day. Yucko!
Any tips??

Good luck!!! My only advice for pt'ing is DONT go back to diapers once you make the switch. It's too confusing. If you go to underwear - stay with that no matter what!

I chickened out, all three are in diapers. All three have had gross diarrhea for three days, so maybe I'll wait for that to be done. Maybe I'll tackle the twins and their paci's first?

LOL! Well whenever you decide to do it I'm sure you'll get by just fine.

I chickened out several times with each of my kids. I eventually just had to do it. Yours are still young, you have plenty of time.

Good luck!!!!

I got rid of the soothers by having the kids "pay" for something they really wanted with it. Then later when they wanted it, I reminded them they had given it away for a toy. You gotta make sure you don't have any stray soothers around though.

As for potty training, it was easy with my older 2 and a real struggle with the next 2, so I am not one to dole out advice on that one.
