When you were pregnant with your boys was it the same with every boy? Or what about with all your girls?

So far only one pregnancy has given me morning sickness, my middle boy, but I also had the most spotting, and cramping, he was also my biggest baby, at almost 10 pounds (go figure he was the only one I had completely natural! no pain killers of any kind)

I don't think it's true for everyone. For me the boys had similar symptoms. I always have a hard time with girls. More nausea, more moody, everything seems increased.

All 4 of my pregnancies were different. My first, a boy, I had no morning sickness, felt pretty good the whole time, had heartburn, had lots of BH(braxton-hicks) but none that hurt, born at term.

My second, a girl, I had low progesterone, no morning sickness, had heartburn, felt fabulous the entire time, had some very mild BH as the pregnancy progressed. Had emergent c/s due to her irregular heartbeat and heartblock at 36 weeks.

My third, a boy, I had horrible morning sickness, horrible heartburn, painful BH starting at 24 weeks, had one round of preterm contractions that needed meds to stop labor at 34 weeks, very uncomfortable from 33 weeks on, but delivered at term.

My fourth, a boy, I had horrible, horrible morning sickness, started having BH's at 17 weeks, had 3 hospital stays for preterm labor at 25, 29 and 34 weeks, felt like I was full term at 20 weeks, could barely walk, and delivered preterm at 34 weeks.

I felt like I'd been run over by a truck repeatedly during every one of my pregnancies. Horrible morning sickness for the ENTIRE pregnancies with all, horrible pains, BH contractions with all of them, and none came early. The only difference I noticed between the girls and the boys was with the girls I craved and was able to eat chocolate without throwing it up as soon as I ate it. With the boys, chocolate made me even more sick. I was miserable for the last 5 years... it feel sooooooooooooo good to feel halfway good.. even if I am exhausted all the time now lol.

They've all been different with similar things too. There isn't anything different with my boy that I didn't have with one of the girls. I think maybe the only difference was I carried my boy really low and all the girls I stuck straight out. We'll see what happens with this one.

Adorable pics!
My girls were all similar but different. I have only had one boy so I can only say he was much different from the girls, but no other boy to compare him too...

All my pregnancies have been similar in ways yet different. I have notice that with my girls I had more food aversions and felt sicker, though I've never had bad morning sickness, been very lucky with that. It seems like with each pregnancy, I learn or experience something a little bit different.

I have all girls, and I can't remember exactly how each one was, but they were different. I know that with my last one I didn't really start showing very much untill I was like 20 weeks, which I found very strange (I only had that with my 1st, but that would be expected). I had spotting with my 5th, never had that with any others, my third one I carried high (I remember because everyone told me it MUST be a boy this time). I've pretty much had it all, and they've all been girls
