Anyone take (or taking) these during pregnancy?

I've always been prescribed the standard prenatal vitamin but after researching the benefits of dha I decided to add the supplement in a softgel pill form. However they seem to serve as a vomit inducer more than anything.

I'm wondering if anyone else has ever had problems with it?

I don't take it. It came with my vitamins separately(I take One A Day prenatals), but I stay away from that stuff since Nick broke out in a ugly rash all over his body from it(a kid DHA vitamin) as a toddler.

I think the concept is weird. Why do you need that? I get that it is a part of breastmilk but you aren't nursing anymore and your baby isn't yet. So who needs it?

^^ From what I read, it's supposed to be really beneficial in fetal brain development. However, it doesn't agree with me at all, not in pill form anyway. I'm not going to take it anymore.

I'm taking otc prenatals from Target. They have that in it. Doesn't bother me. I did not get it on purpose, I chose these particular vitamins because they are gummy and that makes me happy. They do not contain iron though so I have to take a supplement for that.

I have been taking prenatal's since I got pregnant with my first. I think it was the 05 baby that I started taking the dha. I don't have a problem with it. But I also take mine right before bed.
