Does anyone have any plans for Easter this year?

Any family traditions you will continue?

We are going away to Fairmont, it's a vacation town and they have hotsprings, that's all I know, I've never been. We are going with all of dh's side, it's inlaw's 40th wedding anniversary. Bil and family have not been here for 6 years, so it will be the first time all grandkids will be together. The kids are very excited about staying in a different house

Normally though we go to church and have dinner at our house, so we don't have to pick going to my parents or the inlaws, we invite them over instead.

I think we're doing Longhorn this year. We usually have Easter at my Aunt's house, but I'm not doing that this year, I refuse. I figured we'd do something different and go have steak and ribs!

Not sure yet.

We usually go to Church in the AM and then get together with family.
Last year for the first time we decided to do a BBQ at the local metropark and it was probably my favorite Easter get together. It was so nice for the kids to all be outside and play together as opposed to couped up in a restaurant.

We're flying to family this year. We'll spend good friday with my family and we'll go to church then on the Sat we will drive to Dh's family and spend the Sunday with them. I always do a roast lamb to sacrifice the lamb of God and we always have a big celebration meal on the sunday.

no plans for easter sunday but we are going to have a family get together on the 16th. you might remember that my dad is on hospice and not doing great. we decided to have every one contribute $ to a meal that my sister is ordering and then we are meeting at dad's house for a brunch, since thats the hour of the day he feels and eats the best. there are man y of us so it will be a short visit for him but at least he can see the 'littles'. if, on that morning, he says he cannot do it, we will change plans and meet at my sisters house, about 5 minutes from here.
