Dh and I took the two littles to Dairy Queen while the older 3 were still in school. First of all, I should say that I've been feeling really off for the last week or so. Like I'm here but I'm not really here, kwim.
Anyhow, we were sitting at the table eating and Izzy started taking her spoon, dipping it in applesauce and flinging it around. I see applesauce fly by and before I could even think I screamed "STOP IT" right in her face, loud!
Omg, it was awful. I've never ever yelled at my kids in public (home yes, but still not right in there face). In fact, I cringed at people that do yell at their kids publicly and apparently so does everyone that was in Dairy Queen yesterday. Even dh and Lucas looked a little concerned though thankfully they just sat there quietly. I just wanted to crawl in a hole and die.
I, of course, apologized to Izzy and started over with correcting her behavior. Luckily, she didn't cry but I about did. I still can't figure out why I just snapped like that.

Aren't you fixing to pop any minute? That's why. And that's why you feel off for the last week or so. You will feel so much better when the baby is on the outside.

I agree with FW......Being so close to delivery puts us all on edge. It's okay Momma, I have days like that and I still have 5 months to go.

Aww ((Hugs)).
Don't beat yourself up. Everyone has one of those moments.
I agree, I bet you'll feel so much better once baby arrives.

Don't beat yourself up. So you yelled at her once, not a big deal. As for what everyone else thought, forget them. Atleast you weren't letting your kid run the place.

Hugs,
Are you really only 39 weeks? You still have a month to go! What are you complaining about?

^^ Today was my due date. I never imagined I would actually last this long let alone another month! This is officially my second longest pregnancy out of 6.

I had a baby on April 13! She turned 10 yesterday! Sorry you missed it. But you know you likely have less than 2 weeks now. It will come out! And you will feel so much better.
