Leftover spaghetti. I made sauce from scratch with lots of good stuff in it, so we are finishing that up tonight.

Right now it's looking like a cereal night. I have so much to do and not enough hours in the day.

Zaris Bday so I made potato salad, brown sugar and maple baked beans, BBq'ed turkey sliders and hotdogs, watermelon, and birthday cake/ice-cream.

Now we are having a second dinner of steak fajitas because I only got one turkey slider and that was it, they CRASHED dinner.

I had macaroni, it's somewhat similar to hamburger helper, but way better.

I thought I had chicken out but then I didn't, so this became a quick second choice.

We were going to have gryos, but the mexicans had a b-day party so whenever they invite kids over there they stuff them with food and none of my kids were hungry. Of course they had mostly candy and cake, but whatever... I had one piece of pizza and then I felt like I was having a heart attack, the food didn't go down, or I had bad indigestion or something, so that's all I ate, of course I got sick this morning from having an empty stomach all night.

Tonight is chicken 'fettuccine' but I'm making it with penne pasta instead because I had a coupon for the whole wheat pasta and apparently this brand doesn't make fettuccine noodles lol

I'm not sure. My MIL who we haven't really spoke to in about 3 months wants the kids to go over for her birthday...

Last night we had stuffed pasta shells, garlic bread and salad. Tonight it will probably be stir fry, egg rolls and salad.

Tonight I am making a steak stir fry. I sent dh to work (he's on nights) with a grilled steak, baked potato, and steamed veggies. I grilled the steak in the pouring down rain. Does that give me brownie points?
Sour Amaretto and UrbanMomma like this.
