I had a friend in NC who had triplets...two were idenitical and one was fraternal. She was only 19, wasn't ttc, and no fertility drugs of course. Sometimes it just happens, lol. They were beautiful girls, she married the father, and they went on to have one more little girl. The triplets were on the small side, so they really ended up looking like quads. I used to babysit when the older girls were all 4, and the little one was 3. They were a riot! Busy house for sure.

I had a neighbor who had a son, then at the appropriate time wanted a second, only it was 2,3,&4! No fertility treatment. Wild! I think ten years ago it would have been fun. Now it would kill me.
