Jayde is the only one who has mentioned anything about kids, and she said she only wants 1. That's fine with me, but it kinda hurts my feelings in a way too because it makes me feel like she doesn't like our family and she's only 9!
#1 has gone back and forth from only adopting a girl to having 3 girls to "Who says I'm having any kids"
#2 has always said he "Wants to be a dad"
The rest are still too little, but I think my #5 may follow in Mommies footsteps.....maybe #6 too, but she's still really little. They are both very caring, nurturing, loving, helpful little girls. So are the rest (girls, boys), but you know what I mean.
#2 has always said, since she was 2, that she did not want to have kids. Once when she was 3 she asked me how she could get married, I told her and she was like "no, I can't cause I don't want kids". I told her when she was older she could take a pill that would stop her from getting pregnant...no way was I explaining condoms. She still says that, but she is so good with kids.
#3 will give me grandbabies, how many I guess will be up to his wife.
#4 would be the one most likely to have a bunch.
#5 he wants triplets so I guess anything is possible.
I imagine that all my kids will want children. #1 says that she doesn't want more than 1. I tell her all the time that I don't think that's fair to the child. She used to say she wanted 4 or 5, but we shall see. I think she may change her tune once she gets older. #2 is the one I could see with the most kids. #3 would probably have kids, but I could see it being utter chaos so I wouldn't imagine more than 1-2. #4 is too young to determine. And #5 is still in utero so I can't say.
I think my oldest will have kids, but probably only a couple. I suspect she will follow in my SAHM footsteps though, she told me the other day, "I want to be a scientist and a doctor, but I can't because then I wouldn't have enough time for my kids" , but who knows, she's only five! lol.
I think my son (next oldest) will have a larger family though. Any time I ask him what he wants to be when he grows up, he says, "A daddy like my daddy" (he's 3.5)
