wow -- i can more appreciate the fact that i have quiet neighbors (mostly). btw -- old man who called me racist has not been seen around.

did the grocery shopping, took the twins to the dr appt with elissa and now home putting away groceries and checkin in here. thinking about gluten free pepperoni pizza tonight for dinner. so much to be done and its just not happening. at least tomorrow morning tegan is going to the groomer so i can now change my sheets -- she is so stinky but sleeps with us so i wanted to wait a day extra so she doesn't stink up the clean sheets.

Sam's car is going to cost another $800. Not only was the known culprit going out, so is her trans-axle, like a transmission for a manual car. Ugh, again I will be carless.

Boo about the car!

Tomorrow taking dh for his blood work for his physical.

I am thinking about firing the homebirth midwife. Not getting a good vibe from her. I may just go to the hospital.

how much did that car cost to begin with? I would think it's not even worth it anymore!

They make them do blood work for a normal physical by you? Or is it because of the V?

Have to go to the store today with an undetermined amount of kids. **** spring break.

She's still paying on the car, it was financed so she really doesn't have any options, and she has to have a car to go to work. It's a catch 22. It's been a lemon for sure. It's not going to really cost anything up front, our mechanic will just put it on my account and since I am still making payments for when my car needed to be repaired (almost done) the account is always current, she just needs to make payments on it monthly, but having that over her head will drive her crazy, and it will cut into her 21st birthday bash she planned for herself. We'll help her, but she's stubborn. Got peeved that I bought bread for her, she's just stubborn.

Our hotwater heater quit working on Sunday, and the new part is not coming till thursday. I am thankful for lukewarm water, having a shower is not great, but it beats having cold water.

I am home today, yay, and feeling much better than before. Hoping to get a lot done.

I had to read back a few times, because I totally missed where that last post came from, but I get it now

I don't feel like I've gotten nearly enough done today, so tomorrow the kids tackle the basement

Hi girls
My dryer got screechy last week, on warranty so the guy ordered parts, now my washer won't drain so he's got to come back tomorrow. The set is only three years old. Good thing I have warranty for another two years.

I have adopted a 19 yo girl. She is very nice, works hard, watches the littles, lets me use her car when my van is acting up......she is my oldest son's girlfriend. They can't ever break up, LOL

Sorry about the water heater, ours is dying it's only a matter of time.

UM I love helpful girlfriends. I love Lupans girlfriend she really is a sweety.

We worked in the yard yesterday. It's going to take a while to get that thing cleaned up. The wind knocks a butt load of branches out of the tree, it brings trash into the yard, casue we have had cat's getting into the trash..even with the lid on the can's. There's a ton of leaves in my flower beds. I love the yard, but this time of year it's a royal pain.

We did get the sand box cleaned out, it has become a catch all for a lot of the outside toys. Then Lupan brought us 10 bags of sand, we need more, and brought Mo home. Mo is going to take some time to get used to the dogs again. I love that dog, but am not sure it's worth the hassle. If he doesn't adjust in a few days we may need to find him a home. Not what I want, but it has been nice the last few days with just having 2 dogs that get along great.

Today is more yard work, and maybe a quick run into Walgreens to get some pictures I had printed for the walls picked up.

We were cold in the morning cause of the wind, it warmed up for an hour or so and is supposed to stay in the lower 60's...feels like summer.

It is 50ish here and I am freezing.

Going to get my 80 pounds of chicken in a little bit. Hmmm, what's for dinner?

M2m thats crummy about the car and the added expense. Love the tire swing and the sand box. In saudia we had natural sand boxes everywhere the kids never got tired of playing in the sand.

UM hope you find a good replacement MW/OB/GYN

FW thats ALOT of chicken!!! but thats less you have to worrying about buying later and who doesnt love chicken!!! yumm

Still nothing exciting to share....just doing the usual daily chores and trying not to think about eating an early lunch cus Im already hungry. lool...

The mw just gives me a vibe I don't like. For our second appt she rushed in, said we had to do a "quickie" appointment because she had a woman in labor. Okay, well, we could have rescheduled. I got the impression from her that she **** near wanted to do the appt on the porch. She was only here 10 minutes. I am PAYING HER CASH MONEY for quality care. If I want 10 minute appts I will go to a mw my insurance covers.

Now I need her to communicate with Aetna for my disability. I have turned in all my paperwork and they have tried to call her 8-9 times according to the case specialist with no response.

When I needed a letter to go off work from her, a simple email, it took her 4 days and then she sent me an email with the attachment. The email was one line....
"Here is the letter you need. I don't have a fax machine."

I don't want to pay her $2500 and she has a rushed attitude or can't deal once a month with Aetna.
