First day of school for us tomorrow as well. Mostly quiet in bed, except for 2yo in my lap shouting a song she's making up as she goes along. She learned it from her 4yo sis.
Luck to all in the am.

Remind me to never go to the store around the first of the month. I completely forgot and spent almost 40 minutes in line. If it wasn't for the fact that I finally got the nerve up to buy me a bike I would have walked out.

My dogs are finally back together in the house. Layla loved running beside me while I rode the bike. Sam and Lupan came out today. It was nice to see my babies...haha.

I'm freaking tired!

I want a bike too. A pretty pink cruiser. (Shhhh, sometime I am girly).

Everyone is off. My alarm didn't go off so I didn't get to see Elijaah leave, but I woke up in time to see Naathaniel off. Then I walked the lil's to their new school and made sure they got to their classes. They were very unorganized, but it worked out.

Marquay won't start until next week, Monday and Aaron only has half days in the afternoon, M-Th. What a cake senior year.

Repti, that sounds like fun. I have never thought of using different candy for s'mores (via FB). I might have to try that.

Hope everyone who started school today has a great day!

Um mine is purple with some orange accents. I debated between that one and a blue one. I'm not as sore as I thought I would be after all of the riding

Good luck with all the kiddo's starting school! UM enjoy the semi-quite

I was always a little sad sending the kids off to kindergarten and grade 1 and then I was fine. I'm starting to have trouble with these high school years though, my oldest is off to grade 11 and, sigh, only one more year after that.

Hope all the kids have a great day.

I want a bike so bad!
And a kayak!
We went on a short impromptu float trip yesterday. It was pretty fun!

We had two bikes and two double bike trailers, but someone stole them.

For those not on my fb, we had them with peanut butter cups, almond joy, white choc Hershey's and reg Hershey's.

I gave birth to the most annoying kid on earth.

URGH!! Yesterday, my step dad told us he thinks we'll have another baby.

Today, my mom told me that my brother also said he thinks we'll have another one because "we're not doing anything to prevent it."

Um, first of all, they do not KNOW we're NOT preventing, because I don't discuss personal stuff like that with my STEP DAD or my BROTHER and it's none of their ****** business!!

URGH!!

Glad everyone got their kiddos off to school! Mine started back last week. I feel like #5 - it's sad when they're little, then it's easy for a while, but my oldest is also a junior, and I can't believe she's only got 1 year left after this!!

I think all of us can relate to giving birth to the most annoying child ever .... at least some of the time.

The youngest 2 did not want to fall asleep tonight, but now all I hear is hubby watching tv. That means all the kiddos are asleep and it's almost bedtime for mom. I'm running on 18 hours - not a good idea for me.

Evaani wakes up every time I go upstairs to lay down. I have found my little daughter HATES sleeping on her back. I mean hates it. So I (once again) have disregarded all the experts and put her in her bassinet on her tummy. 5 1/2 straight hours of sleep. Shhhh, don't tell all the "Back to Sleep" police, all my kids (except Canaan) slept better on their tummies....

#5, I have decided I never want my daughters to hit puberty, go to high school or grow up in any way. So far I haven't had any problems with my sons going to high school, graduating or moving out (I miss him though), but my daughters.....ahhhhhh.....NO!!!!!

Remember I told you guys my "fight or flight" instinct is broken, because I only have fight. I am pretty sure it is related to my "forgive and forget" ability being broken to. I have neither of those.

Happy Day everyone. Enjoy.

3 of my kids have preferred sleeping on their bellies....I worry more about them choking when they're on their backs.

I think most babies prefer their tummies, nothing wrong with that sometimes you just do what you need to do.

I want all of mine to grow up and get out....well it sounds good in my head anyways lol
