Starting about a week ago (13 weeks)I have a lot of pain in my hips while I sleep. I sleep on my side so the pain wakes me and I have to switch sides. I also use a pregnancy pillow.

I just looked through stuff I wrote down during last pregnancy and it didn't start until week 17. During the day everything down there- bones, feels kinda loose like I'm the tin man.

Does it seem normal to feel this way so early due to my number of pregnancies? Does anyone else remember this?

I'm only on #4 but so far, everything happens earlier in every pregnancy for me. Hope you are able to get some better sleep soon.

Mine never even went away after baby #5. As suggested a lot of times it can start earlier with each new pregnancy.

Not many have had this I guess it's worth mentioning to my doctor. Maybe the tin man analogy was confusing.

My hips were killing me at 5 weeks this time. Way earlier than the others. My DH bought me a maternity pillow that is like a nest and that really helps. I have sciatica pain already. I have miserable pg anyway and knew going into this one that its my last! Seeing my chiropractor monthly helps a lot! I'll need a maternity brace constantly when I'm a little bigger. I can't walk without one while pg! By the end my hips "fail" and I drop to the floor at random times. So much fun! I don't know how I'm going to manage two!

My right hip hasn't been the same. I have only had 3 pg. I still can't sleep on my left side. I can't lay on my left side for more than a couple minutes. I don't know what is wrong with me. Never told a doctor. I dont like doctors.
