Raspberry. My lil ones LOVE pb&j with raspberry jam. Has to be raspberry. LOL. They go through a pretty big jar of it every week and its kind of expensive because they don't like the store brand. I thought if it was easy to make I could make it myself for cheaper.

That is the easiest, and the flavor I just made like 40 jars of when I got all of those free berries.
You can either do equal amounts sugar to raspberries or slightly more sugar, but try not to do more the 4/5 cups of berries at a time, it doesn't tend to work as well if you go any higher. I like a little more cause the berries tend to be slightly bitter. The also work great together with banana's (odd right?) or peaches. Food for thought.
Mash the berries and bring to a full boil, once at a full boil add the sugar. At this point a little trick my aunt taught me was to add a tablespoon or two of butter. It helps keep it from foaming really badly. If it does foam just remove the foam. Let it boil for at least 2 minutes...I go a little longer.
