Did you see any relationship between gender pregnancies? I mean you had similar pregnancies for boys and the girl pregnancies were similar? Or was it all over the place? If you had multiple c-sections, was the second or plus ones easier or harder to recover from? Etc? Thanks.

Some things that I thought were "boy" I've had this pg with twin girls! With my boys my face would break out in hives. I'm doing that really bad this pg! My leg hair grows super fast with girls and nearly stopped with my boys. That has held true. Other than that, things like sickness have no relation to babies gender. I've been more sick with my outgoing and very talkative kids. This pg has been hideous with how sick I've been. I wonder if its a twin thing from extra hormones or if I have two talkative extroverts in here!

Across the board I have had easy pregnancies.

I have 7 boys and am pregnant with my fourth girl. I have never had morning sickness. My only real complaints are sciatica towards the end and tingling hands. I tend to get more headaches with the girls.

This has been one of the easiest pregnancies ever...at almost 40, gee who woulda thunk?? LOL

I have had two sections, #4 and #7, but they were equally awful.

I've only had girls and this one is a girl, too. I've had HG with all of them. I've lost weight with all of them. And I've had complications with all of them. But, without having any boys to compare them to, I can't really say.
I've also not had any c-sections. My first was a spontaneous labor on her due date, face up, hours of pushing and a longer recovery than the other two. The other two were 37 week inductions, progressed very predictably at 1cm per hour, and 1-2 pushes for baby, so those were awesome and the recovery was shorter for each one.

I wouldn't wish a twin pg on anyone! Its been awful and I'm not in the super huge stage yet! I thought the third trimester would be the worst part and maybe it will be! Then once they are here I'll have two newborns to care for! Taking one day at a time and hoping we all live!

I agree, Twin pg sucked. Horribly sick in the beginning, then like being 9months pg for 4-5 months. And constant contractions from about 14wks.

my other pg didn't have much of a pattern. Exhaustion seemed to grow worse with each pg, not surprising. Except for my youngest, I gained more weight with the boys even though they were smaller babies. My boys were both a little early.

Thanks for the answers guys. Looks like I can't judge if it's a boy or girl based on my pregnancy symptoms. Oh well!
