Have you ever thought you were done but changed your mind or accidentally got pregnant?
I thought we were done after Lyndsey but then we were able to move to a bigger house and I really wanted to have one more. Lyndsey and Brandon were oopsies so I really didn't think dh would purposely want to have one more lol but really when it comes to babies he kind of does what I want. I am sure if I pushed hard enough now he would have another baby with me but I really am done now. I just am happy with my family and don't feel the need for another.
Missing my Mommy Weightloss & Fitness girls. You're the best!
I thought I was neutral to the idea of DH being done and therefore us doing something permanent. I was wrong, and I didn't communicate with him the way I should have until 2 years afterward. Now I have regrets. But he still feels done, so I'm not sure where that would leave me anyway. I'm a walking what not to do manual.
Married to a wonderful man
Mommy to DD, DS1, & DS2
We agreed to 3 when we got married, and I already had one so 2 more. We were done for about 9 years. Then, one day, knowing I had always wanted another one, hubby, out of the blue, said let's have one more, but that's it. So, we had that one, and then we were definitely done. That was the agreement. I had a bad ending to the pregnancy and a horrible labor and delivery (worst ever!!!). Anyhow, we were done, but now we have Xavier. I won't commit to anyone that we're done, and I don't think he really will, either, but he tells everyone we're done. We shall see.
