i forgot to check in yesterday --- soooo busy! it was a tough day for me - i went up about 1.5 pounds. i was not happy as i have exercised and eaten correctly. in fact, i think i have shin-splints from walking SO much on the treadmill. my knees and leg bones are so achy. i did not work out yesterday because of it.
today, however, i made up for lost time and i am down 1.8 pounds from yesterday. that makes a total of about 11 pounds in all (183.1 down to 171.8). and i get to eat thanksgiving dinner in moderation today! so happy about that.
