Do you save up all year for Christmas spending?

Or is it in the December budget?

Or do you usually go into debt? (be honest lol)

it is in our December budget.. and I KNOW I could make that amount more if I could budget to save every month from Jan-November.. but i don't.

I save all year. And I pick gifts up here and there through out the year as well.

But every penny is accounted for and everyone gets the same value of gift.

I buy a few things throughout the year (especially after Christmas toy clearance sales). But mostly just use "cash" funds to buy in earnest after October (my last kid birthday of the year). The only time we use credit for Christmas is online purchases.

I don't bother to save but rather buy all year as I find things on clearance sale ect. Every month is tight so December is no different. As for debt....if I had all the money we spent on gifts DH and I would be going on some nice vacations.

I would like to start picking up things after the middle of August, but my every so insightful husband is a procrastinator. So, we'll be starting at the beginning of December.
