1. So you cook in bulk? I don't know what you mean by cook in bulk. We are a family of six. I make enough for us to eat at that meal. I don't do much "Make ahead meal" cooking.

2. Do you make your own bread? not usually. I do make bread or rolls to go with dinner occassionally, but for every day sandwich bread, we use store-bought

3. Overcook for meals? Again, not sure what you mean...overcook as in burn? or overcook as in cook too much? Not usually on either accounts

4. Save leftovers? yup. If there's only a little bit left, it gets put in the fridge for lunches. If there's alot left, it gets put in the freezer to make another meal with (if it's freezable)

5. Rely on convienence foods? occassionally...convenience foods here are soup from a can, or fish from a box. I don't buy the meals in a box...I think I make stuff like hamburger helper once a year *bleck*

1. So you cook in bulk?

I try to. I love to cook large meals and freeze portions for meals on other days.

2. Do you make your own bread?

yes, and my kids LOVE it.

3. Overcook for meals?

yes sometimes. I grew up in a large family and was cooking for 8 most days and so when I got married I had a hard time cutting portions for a smaller family. I'm getting better though

4. Save leftovers?

I do save left overs but dh won't eat them and the kids don't like them either but they'll eat them

5. Rely on convienence foods?

rely on them no. but I do have them around the house for those days that I don't feel like cooking or when I'm in a rush.
