OK... So I'm on CD 40. I'm taking Metformin and prometrium. I'm on my 2nd round of prometrium. I had a period Feb 27, just a few days before I started the first 2 week round of prometrium. And then around the middle of the cycle I think it was I had just a tiny bit of spotting, and nothing since then.

No signs of my period coming again. I guess I wait and see after I finish this week up 'cause this is my 2nd week of my 2nd round of prometrium. (I'm supposed to take it two weeks on, two weeks off.)

I've taken 2 pregnancy tests (one just on a whim. And one after two dreams in the same night that I had a positive pregnancy test) They've both been negative.

Ugh. It's just frustrating. I know some of you are quite used to long cycles but this is hard getting used to.

hmm I would call your Dr. and ask about this. I never took Prometrium - I took Provera to induce AF, but I think with Prometrium you're not supossed to have long cycles like that? I'm not 100% positive, but I would definitely ask! I hope AF shows so you can move onto the next cycle!!

all the ladies on the PCOS board are confused as to why my dr is having me take prometrium for two weeks then off two weeks. They say it must be wreaking havoc on my system. But I just have been doing what the doctor tells me to do. I am supposed to go back to her on the 27th of May. So we'll see what happens.
